Located at the convergence of three affluent suburbs northwest of Detroit, the Sheraton Detroit Novi in Novi (Mich.) is adjacent to Detriot's uptown area where guest can shop. This Sheraton is just 30 minutes form from the Detroit Metropolitan Airport. This hotel is popular for conventions or large meetings, with over 16,000 square feet of function space, and a 24 hour business center. Wireless Internet access is available in public areas and meetings spaces. Concierge and car rental service are also for busy travelers, and guest can use the complimentary shuttle for activities within a five mile radius of the hotel.
A light filled atrium with soaring ceilings beckons guest to th steaming waters of the whirlpool and heated pool. Guest can relax in the sauna and then workout in the hotel's fitness area. DaVinci's Market, the on site restaurant, serves casual Southern Italian fare for breakfast and lunch all week, and dinners Monday through Wednesday. A sports bar is also on site, serving appetizers and lighter fare daily.
This seven story hotel offers 238 guestrooms renovated in 2003. Dark woods and neutrals in clean, classic lines render these rooms quietly elegant. While Internet access, oversized desks with ergonomic chairs, speaker phones with voicemail and coffeemakers are in each guestroom with the famed Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed.
These sleigh beds have custom designed pillow top mattresses made exclusively for Sheraton. Each bed is topped with five pillows that are either 50/50 goose down and feathers or hypoallergenic, depending on the guests' preferences. Plump, crisp cotton duvets, fleece blankets and high thread count cotton sheets complete the Sweet Sleeper experience. Sweet sleeper Cribs for babies and even Sweet Sleeper Dog Beds to pamper pooches are available.
