Location. Overlooking the flowers and ponds of the Boston Public Garden, the Taj Boston hotel sits at the corner of Newbury and Arlington streets in Boston, Mass. Boston Common is one block from the hotel. Hotel Features. Built in 1927, the Taj Boston features a traditional design with original art and antiques on display throughout the property. Cobalt blue and crystal chandeliers decorate The Dining Room, which serves traditional dishes in a formal environment.
