The Importanne Resort, consisting of the Neptun Hotel, Ariston Hotel and Importanne Suites, is surrounded by pine forest on the Cape of Lapad, three kilometres from historic Dubrovnik. The resort features guestrooms with simple, individual furnishings and decor. All offer desks, direct dial phones, Internet access and televisions. Bathrooms have hair dryers, showers and makeup mirrors.
Guests enjoy complimentary breakfasts each morning at the Importanne Resort. The Buffet Restaurant offers an � la carte menu with a combination of Mediterranean and international cuisine, alongside an extensive wine list. Alternatively The A La Carte Restaurant serves Mediterranean and international dishes alfresco style on the terrace, with sea views. Guests can soak up the sun by the pool, enjoy a cocktail or two at the beach bar, and work out at The Fitness Clinic which offers a massage room, a sauna, and a hydro massage shower for two. There is also a nature boardwalk through the hotel grounds, while practical amenities include a 24 hour front desk, safe deposit boxes, room service and free parking. The hotel is in an excellent place to explore the area; three kilometres away are the Church of St Ignatius of Loyola, Dubrovnik Old Town, the Gate of Ploce and the Sponza Palace. Dubrovnik Airport is located 25 kilometres from the hotel, a 35 minute drive.

The airport shuttle connects with the Dubrovnik train station, two kilometres from the resort. A taxi direct to the resort will cost around EUR35. The city of Dubrovnik can be explored on foot and by bus. The only way to see Dubrovnik's Old Town (Stari Grad) is on foot as no cars are allowed within the walls. Outlying areas are easiest to see by car.
